Personnel Strategies

We help clients use background checks, personnel evaluations, job descriptions, business plans, compensation approaches and promotion criteria in support of the Compliance & Ethics program. Additionally, through our risk assessments, we can help a client ensure that personnel strategies do not create undue compliance risks. As with all of our work, we advise companies on approaches to consider in using these tools that do not violate governing law and regulations and are cost–effective for the organization.
